By installing and using the Budee browser extension ("Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description

Budee is a free browser extension that provides AI-powered web page automation through natural language chat. The Extension requires users to provide their own API key for AI provider access (Anthropic and/or OpenAI).

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys from AI providers.
• You are responsible for any costs incurred from your AI provider usage.
• You must comply with the terms of service of your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• You must not use the Extension for illegal activities or to violate others' rights.

4. Advertising

The Extension displays text advertisements from revme.io in its sidepanel. These ads keep the Extension free. Ads are clearly labeled and are not injected into third-party websites.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated actions may not always produce desired results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to actions taken by the AI on web pages.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the Extension at any time without notice.
